New eating plan
Breakfast: Fruit and Oat Smoothie, Small Porridge
Lunch: A healthy meal, solids. (Noodles, Soup&Sandwich, Meat and Veg, Pasta, etc)
Dinner: Veggie based juice/Soup, Wholegrain toast.
I’ve decided no eating or dating until I lose 5 stone.
I realize that is your choice and I respect that.
But I want to say you’re pretty and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.
That’s a kind thing to say, however I’ve had people tell me that then say I’m ugly&disgusting to my face. So.
I’ve kind of got to the point where I’m tired of being miserable every single day.
The funny part is I won’t be dating anyway because no man wants to be within 5 meters of me. Unless they’re drunk, I guess. Fuck that shit.
And my net calories are -281
So much to eat
And I just want to exercise more

I DON’T WANT TO EAT
I JUST WANT TO WORK OUT. WHY DOES UNDER-EATING HAVE TO BE A BAD THING.
WHY CAN’T I JUST HAVE 200 CALORIES TODAY AND BE FINE :c
And by this, I mean
I’m finding it hard to eat enough.
Right now, I should be eating net calories of 1200, as that is already a 900cal deficit on my base needs.
I’m sitting here, having eaten 700 net calories today. And I’m not hungry.
If anything, I want to go and workout more.
But then I’d have to eat more to balance out my intake/expenditure.
FUCKING. DIETS. It’s never as simple as they say.
